Your terms and conditions of use
Any sale from Solo Riders no matter of the product, is in acceptance of the following terms and conditions including any Legal Disclaimers.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Solo Riders and the client, both parties fully accept.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is also acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
Please note non-UK Customers that all our prices are exclusive of duties and VAT. This will be charged by your local Customs office or in the country of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for a calculation or estimation of these costs. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
GUARANTEES
Soloriders.co.uk and/or UKRobstep.com guarantees that all products are manufactured to International standards. All products on our website offer a warranty with a duration of 1 year.
The client can not invoke the conventional warranty if the defect is due to:
- normal wear and tear of the article and / or parts and / or accessories
- from improper use and / or mishandling
- of a lack of maintenance
- a case of forced breakage
- for work or installation not in accordance with manufacturer's specifications
- a repair by a third party
PRICES
Prices to the UK for each of the products marketed by Solo Riders/UK Robstep are inclusive of taxes and other costs, delivery charges are shown separately, or Free as shown. Solo Riders may change its rates at any time. Shipping fees are calculated on the service based on the amount of the order, payment method and destination or are fixed as displayed.
PAYMENTS
All orders are processed by Credit Card through CharityClear/CardStream/Streamline. Credit or Debit card information is never stored by Solo Riders, or CharityClear/CardStream/Streamline. Payments are processed in our parent name 'UK Robstep'
CANCELLATIONS
Any order is able to be cancelled prior to shipping. Once the order has been updated with any tracking information the cancellation period ends.
To cancel your order please email [email protected] as soon as possible in order to avoid unnecessary charges. Please note that only a part refund may be given due to administration charges. Charges included in the administration
DELIVERY
Please allow up to 21 business days after receipt of payment, Solo Riders undertakes to make every effort to deliver within the time specified. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer and the customer agrees to receive the product ordered. In case of error in the coordinates, the seller can not be held responsible for the failure in which it could be to deliver the product. The products will be sent to the client followed by courier.
Solo Riders use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Parcel Force, or City-link to deliver all goods. Please see associated websites for details on their services. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer for the amount shown on the order, or for Free as Stated on the product page. Upon delivery of the order, the customer must carefully check the status of the package and make a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged goods or parts.
RETURNS:
Any claim for non-compliance or missing objects/parts on delivery must be sent within fourteen days of receiving the order. For this, the customer should contact Solo Riders by e-mail to [email protected]. In no event shall an order be returned without prior agreement of Sol Riders. In this instance the delivery may be stored by Solo Riders until a fee for re-delivery is paid by the customer. The ability to return only products which have not undergone any change or alteration, must be done in their original sealed packaging. Any product received by Solo Riders as a return must be done so within 7 days of receiving acceptance from Solo Riders by email. Returns after this time can be done so using the manufacturers warranty included in packaging of the Robin M1 or any accessories. The customer is liable to pay for the return of goods to be either replaced or refunded. Re-delivery is paid by Solo Riders, unless in the event of an unauthorised return in which the customer will be billed and the product held until payment received.
Charges by customs and revenue (or equivalent in the receiving country) is completely the buyers responsibility. Any charge by customs is payable entirely by the customer and is not a valid reason for any refund, in part or in full. Once the courier has confirmed they have the package and it is in processing it is the responsibility of the customer to track their own order, delays can occur and again this is the responsibly of the buyer. Tracking numbers are updated by email.
PHOTOS AND PICTURES
Photos of products are not contractual and may have taken from free internet sources, the product does not necessarily include all elements of the picture.

PRIVACY POLICY
At www.ukrobstep.com and www.soloriders.co.uk we under no circumstances use, sell, or give any of your details to third parties. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Any financial information in not stored by us.
The only time we use your name and address information is to complete orders or contact you in regard to your order.
From time to time we may also issue email newsletters. To opt out please reply to the newsletter stating you do not want to receive them and your email will be removed from our mailing list.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
In the UK, the Highway Act of 1835 states that it is against the law to ride any carriage on any footpath or causeway, this includes any type of personal transporter. Therefore this possibly includes all Personal Transporters. Any sale of personal transporters is the customers acceptance that there is a possibility if caught riding a on a public footpath or causeway that you may be breaking a law and that Solo Riders and UK Robstep holds no responsibility for any customers actions in relation to breaking the laws written in the Highway Act of 1835.
In relation to the above disclaimer the Robin M1 is perfectly legal to use on private property including campus', shopping centres, malls, in the work place, etc.
In the event of any injury caused by any form of use on a Robin-M1 or accessories purchased, or received from Solo Riders, Solo Riders hold no responsibility of any accident caused, including injury of any kind.
